does anyone think the eletric spray gun ( 2nd one ) would be enough to spray up a small car?

Someone was telling me that to run the proper psi on that first air gun you need to have a bolt to the floor stand up compressor. They run 700 dollars plus. Couldnt one of them smaller ones do it too. I dont have a lot of room in my shop for a huge floor unit or the kind of cash that would require. Have any reccomedations. I am doing refinishing on guitars and need smooth finishes.

did you say that the first gun that you showed hooked up to a regular air compresser? where did you buy that
