Regardless how the cut line looks, I don’t understand why he is doing the trim last. It doesn’t make sense to blast the hell out of the trim. Depending on the color of your walls, with that logic you could end up putting 3 coats on trim.

unfortunately cutting in a straight ceiling line cannot be taught…i know because its one of my only few talents…pretty sad huh?…but i will tell you this:do not move your wrist…its all in the elbow and shoulder….you gotta lean your body toward the direction your cut line is moving…and dont let this guy convince you that he knows what hes doing

You should _not_ scrape the brush on the lip of the can. This just removes too much paint. You should dip it about one third in, and then tap it twice, once on each side.

Here’s a clue Mr. Professional.
Ppaint using the “tip” of the brush, not the sides of the bristles.
Paint 2/3 the way up the bristles is an absolute sign nobody ever taught you proper technique.
