im not gonna get to over excited about this but when you say something along the lines of your an idiot if you continue to paint as a profession… but did it ever occur to you that maybe some painters actually enjoy it and make very good money like myself ive tried other trades and other jobs i always go back to painting im passionate about it maybe you were not.
so please dont go around preaching about how school is the only ticket to success in life just because you went back to school

Whatever you say, painter. “in reality a smart person wouldn’t say that”, I think that’s a genius thing to say. How did you ever get so smart, painter?

omg he didnt use tape that is such a big no no in the tape painting industry down in Metrusville, we do pro painting all the time, come on man like wtf seriously, i didn’t learn anything. He thinks anyone off the street can paint a room, NOT TRUE! You need to understand painting in order to paint, this is how we are taught to paint as painters who do this for a living everyday!

ok you sound like you actually know what you’re doing!
Im painting a room in my house.
Magnolia emulsion for the walls, white gloss for the facings/skirtings, but is there a primer that i can use for both?
After ive caulked the gaps between the walls and the skirtings what do i paint them with?
Help appreciated

yeah the color on the wall is nice and the way you used your brush. but the color on the trimming should have different to give the room a pop. PEOPLE look at trims when intering in a home. details….remember? but 0ver all it was a good video that helped me out with my painting.

I use a 4 inch on trim. I only have to load it up 3 times on a door casing. No more painting for me I went back to school like a smart person should do.

November 13th, 2009 at 8:47 pm
That color scheme is hideous. I would at least use another color for the trim.

Ya know I have left long winded comments on your other vids. All I am going to say is, WOW You Suck and you wouldn’t last a weak before my crew would ask for your removal. For my companies sake I am glad there are self proclaimed painters like yourself, You guys keep me making money.

Again,”time is money” Faster to use a 4″ roller and a brush. You roll a whole section, say one side of the door frame, and then brush it out. Your video would only be about two minutes long. Plus Moore’s oil Satin Impervo looks a lot better and you only need one coat. And just a suggestion; 1st rule of painting by brush is:”last stroke goes into the paint” meaning if you’re painting like you DOWN the frame, your last stroke goes UP. And edges r painted first, otherwise you’re doing the face 2X
